Advisory support: from question to decision
Advisory does not provide a ready answer. It organises the options and their consequences so the decision remains yours.

01
The structure of the conversation
We start with the question and the data. We examine alternative scenarios, costs and time. The session ends with a summary and next steps.
Advice without evidence is opinion. Evidence allows the client to decide with a clear picture.
02
The outcome
The client leaves with priorities, not general directions. They know what to do first, what to wait for and what it will cost.
Support continues for as long as needed. The decision remains the client decision, but it is no longer alone.
“Good advisory does not decide for you. It gives you the ability to decide well.”
