Property photography: how images affect the price
A buyer does not see the property first. They see the photograph. If the image does not explain the space, the price loses its support.

01
The first image is a filter
The main photograph should show the strongest feature of the property. A dark or empty room does not create interest, however good the property is.
The order of images tells a story. Outdoor space, light, living room, kitchen and details should follow a logic.
02
Light, floor plan and consistency
Proper lighting and a floor plan reduce uncertainty. Excessive editing creates expectations that collapse at the viewing.
Image, description and reality should tell the same story. Consistency is part of credibility.
“Good photography does not artificially raise the price. It explains it.”
